Just Across the County Line From Our Yard
Our equipment yard is near Town 'n' Country, a short drive east of Oldsmar along Hillsborough Avenue (SR-580). Because of that, Oldsmar customers don't have to wait on a long-haul trip for us to come look at a tree, and multi-day jobs are simple to stage. It's also why we can bring heavier equipment, like the wheel loader with log grapple or the track loader with forestry mulcher, when a property calls for more than a bucket truck. For homeowners, the short trip also means we can return easily to grind a stump or finish a second tree after the main job is done.
Homes, Bayfront Lots and Business Parcels
Oldsmar is a mix that most Pinellas towns aren't. There are established neighborhoods with mature oaks and pines, homes near the bay around Mobbly Bayou and R.E. Olds Park, newer subdivisions, and a good amount of commercial and light industrial property along the main roads. Each brings different requests:
- Residential: tree removal and trimming over roofs, driveways and pool enclosures.
- Bayfront: storm prep and cleanup for trees exposed to wind off Old Tampa Bay, with attention to soft ground near the water.
- Commercial: clearing overgrown buffers, removing trees that block signage or parking areas and keeping drive aisles clear after storms.

Clearing Infill Lots and Overgrown Parcels
Unlike the fully built-out cities to the south, Oldsmar and the nearby East Lake area still have scattered wooded or overgrown parcels. When an owner or builder is ready to use one, lot clearing removes trees, palmetto and brush so surveyors and contractors can get in. For lighter jobs, brush clean up reclaims a fence line or back corner. We follow up with stump grinding or full stump removal depending on what's going in next. Check with the city about permits before clearing; we can explain what is usually needed.
Storms Off Old Tampa Bay
Oldsmar's low, bayfront location makes it vulnerable to wind-driven rain and high water during tropical systems. Trees with shallow roots in wet soil are the first to go over. Once a system clears out, our crew bucks up downed trunks, reopens driveways and parking lots, and hauls everything off, and we help neighbors in Safety Harbor and Palm Harbor do the same.
